Shane and Pierce is a newly formed collaboration, focused on merging their respective modern and classic tastes to design unique luxury homes for their clients, as well as collaborating on a limited collection of bespoke homes for sale. Their first completed collaboration, of a home designed, built and furnished by the pair, was showcased in Architectural Digest September 2024. The Los Angeles and Dallas based team currently has two other homes in the area in construction
Evan Shane Krenzien has over 15 years of experience in real estate development, including mixed-use and five-star hospitality projects. In 2020, he shifted his focus solely to the full service interior design and development of single-family residences. Evan was born and raised in Los Angeles and brings an eclectic modern sensibility to his projects. He has a degree in Urban Planning from the University of Virginia School of Architecture and a Masters in Real Estate Development from University of Southern California.
Pierce Jordan has designed and built over 30 luxurious homes in Dallas over the past decade-focusing on the Highland Park and Preston Hollow markets. He personally selects finishes and fixtures for each home, ensuring no two are ever exactly alike. His styles have ranged from Contemporary to Dutch, Spanish, and French European. Pierce grew up in Mississippi amongst classic historic homes that have inspired him to bring rich period details into every one of his projects. Pierce has a degree in business from Southern Methodist University .
